Recently, Jun and I did a book table. I think this was the first booth I’ve done with the help of Jun. I have done booths in the past, but it was a very long time ago and with a different medium so I felt sort of old getting back into the game.
This festival was more focused on Zines, which is what I had the least of, though I still had a few. My best seller actually ended up being my flip book zine, followed by my paperbacks which was great. I thought I would sell a lot of small items instead, but those hardly went though I do think it was due to my set up. I am not used to the culture in Denmark, so I had all of my small things far back where people could not take them, but they also were unable to pick them up and look at them. No matter though, because I had really been hoping to get some more European fans of my books.
Trips can be hard for Jun and I, and at a later date, if anyone is interested, I would love to maybe go down the list of what I bring with me as someone disabled to an author / seller event. Jun and I are trying to downsize on the amount of luggage we bring, but its difficult, because I require a lot of aids to come with me. If anyone wants to be our third, applications are open but we will use you for manual labor.
The following video is just a short little easy going vlog about traveling, with maybe about 15 percent of the content actually being about my table. It does contain images of food, some flashing lights (like added stickers that flash) and sex talk / NSFW images so here is your note now that you are agreeing to consume this content by hitting play.
Everything is up for sale by the way including ebooks if youd like to support me! I am disabled, this is what I do full time, buy my books.
If you want to support me, and keep seeing me create, post, and make content, check out my personal shop and my disability wishlist. If you#d like something specific you can request it in the comments, such as disability videos, writing videos, or anything else.
