By commissioning me you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service.
Payment is due up front unless a payment plan has been worked out between the artist and commissioner.
I will not draw anything depicting racism, homophobia, transphobia or any other kind of hate speech. I may refuse a commission for any reason.
Commissions are for personal use, and may be used for online marketing posts (indie authors, with credit). A commercial fee must be paid in order to print and sell artwork in any form (sticker, paperback artwork, prints, bookmarks, etc.) You may not feed any commissioned artwork into AI, or train AI on my artwork.
I reserve the right to post completed artwork on social media. (Exceptions made for commissions that are part of a marketing reveal.)
Once a commission has been started, refunds are not available. If a commission is only partially completed, if there is a reasonable reason to issue a partial refund this will be decided by the artist.
Commissions can take a minimum of 2 months to complete. Commissions bought as part of a sale can take much longer. Please keep in mind I am a disabled artist. You are more than welcome to message for check ins and updates!
